BNL Industry Standard Bearings

Specially designed bearings for improved load carrying and wear resistance giving an increased overall performance. The unique manufacturing process allows for each bearing to be equipped with a hardened crystalline layer improving life expectancy.
As these bearings are fully moulded, they are more efficient and produce better wear results than traditional bearings with machined raceways.
BNL bearings use less power at startup and during operation, reducing energy consumption and allowing for smaller motors.
The bearings are made from thermoplastic materials and are lightweight, have low inertia, are water resistant and require no lubrication.
