FUSB252 USB Type-C Port Protection Switch
The Fairchild Semiconductor FUSB252 is an integrated port protection switch for USB Type-C applications. The device will protect the HSD (High Speed Data) and CC (Configuration Channel) communications pins from over-voltage up to 20V and the HSD switches have a 1 GHz bandwidth.
