Matrix Sealant

Single part polyurethane sealant which provides a strong, flexible and durable seal. Polyurethane sealants give excellent adhesive and sealing properties on a wide range of substrates, harder than silicone sealants but still flexible.

Suitable for sealing both internal and external joints
Non-corrosive and odour free once cured
Excellent ageing properties
Good level of movement accommodation, to form a permanently elastic, high strength seal
Non slumping
Paintable and sandable once cured
Bonds a wide range of materials including concrete, stone, wood, metals, ceramic tiles, GRP and many plastics
Typical uses include building construction, coach building and industrial sealing in joints where a degree of movement is anticipated
Matrix 600FC - a higher modulus sealant which provides a more resilient yet permanently elastic seal with a fast tack free time and cure time
