CEL RoboxPRO™ 3D Printer
The RoboxPro is the latest 3D printer from CEL features a patented needle valve technology coupled with the AutoMaker software. RoboxPRO offers a huge build volume, high-end specifications and fast print speeds. The dual extrusion 3D printer is aimed at professional users involved in creating designs that require cutting-edge rapid prototyping capabilities to create product concepts in durable, engineering-grade materials with water-soluble support material.
Space and Security
The RoboxPro includes an interchangeable build plate ensuring no need for glue or tape. Manually levelling the bed can be a frustration for most users. The RoboxPro uses an adaptive bed levelling and fully automatic hardware calibrations. This leads to an extended building volume, much larger than previous models. Allowing larger prints of up to 400 mm in height to be made. Anticipating Robox 3D printers being used in education, the RoboxPRO includes an interlocking door designed to protect the printers fully enclosed build chamber with HEPA and active charcoal air filtration. It prevents unnecessary disturbance or damage to print builds in progress while ensuring users are not exposed to potentially toxic fumes.
Speed - Dual Nozzle Printing
Dual extrusion printing provides the ability to create parts which were previously difficult or even impossible with a single extrusion printer. By creating a support structure with a material which can peel away or be dissolved from the model easily, the accuracy of overhangs can be dramatically increased with no need for considerable post-processing to remove support structures without damaging the model.
The extruder is designed for 1.75 mm filaments capable of printing a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PC and nylon. RoboxPRO is also the first 3D printer to include an Olsson Ruby nozzle in the box. This is one of the most unique FFF extrusion nozzles currently available on the market, designed to print highly abrasive materials while retaining the excellent heat conductivity of brass. Its tip is made from ruby, which means that the nozzle is much more durable when compared to other nozzles. It can print with demanding, high-performance materials including glass or carbon-filled nylons for a lot longer before it starts to wear away.
SmartReel™
Robox SmartReel™ system simplifies the printing process by automatically setting up RoboxPro up for the reel clipped in. A chip on the reel is programmed with print speeds, diameters, flow rates and temperatures for nozzle, bed and build chamber at each stage of printing.
Automaker™
The software is vital in a 3D printer setup. RoboxPRO incorporates the Automaker™ software, which makes up the setting process as easy as possible.
Connectivity
Onboard controls are included with an integrated, full-colour 5 touchscreen display interface to enable users to change print settings, make build-plate calibrations and manage connectivity options including WiFi, Ethernet and USB stick reader.
Compatible with Windows, Apple and Linux operating systems, RoboxPRO is also supplied with the intuitive Robox AutoMaker™ software
