Evaluation Board for ADUM4135 IGBT Gate Driver
The EVAL-ADUM4135 from Analog Devices is an evaluation board for the ADuM4135 device. The ADuM4135 is a single channel gate driver designed to drive IGBTs. Utilising iCoupler technology provides isolation between the input signal and output gate drive.
The EVAL-ADUM4135 board has standard package footprints for IGBTs and MOSFETs (TO-252 and TO-220) the board can be used to evaluate a variety of power devices. It also comes with a footprint for evaluating desaturation detection and the Miller clamp operation.
Features of the EVAL-ADUM4135 evaluation board:
For ADUM4135 IGBT Gate Driver
4 A peak output current
Integrated Miller clamp
12-30 V output drive
CMOS input logic levels
MOSFET & IGBT Drivers, Analog Devices
