Ambersil Blue Mould Protective FG Non Silicone

The Ambersil blue mould protective is a non-silicone protective film which is used to protect your tool surfaces removing any surface moisture. The blue mould protective, shields your moulds against any corrosion and is NHS H2 registered for use within the food industry.

FEATURE LIST:
Appearance – Blue liquid, visible fill with excellent coverage
Dry film – Will not seep into the mould tool
Allows handling – Resists acid finger marking
Prevents corrosion - Protects tools and surfaces
Easily moulded off – Ensures a quick start up
Film forming properties – Continuous, homogenous film remains after 10 minutes
Solubility – Soluble in solvents, insoluble in water
Flammability – Classified as extremely flammable under current EC regulations

APPLICATIONS:
The visible blue dye allows you to see the surface coverage and is excellent for use on your moulds, metallic parts and other areas. Users are left with a dry, waxy film that will not crack or harden and you can easily mould off when re-starting production. Users can also use the Ambersil solvent cleaner to remove any film. See stock number 9159031. We ask you to ensure that any surfaces have cooled below 35°C ensuring film formation.

STORAGE:
The Blue Mould Protective FG can be stored at normal ambient temperatures. Aerosols should always be stored at temperatures below 50 °C

SHELF LIFE:
With the correct storage the product has a shelf life of not less than 72 months
