The HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited offer schottky diodes with 1A and 2A forward current rating. The schottky barrier rectifier has a low forward voltage drop and comes in a JEDEC DO-41 or DO-27 package. The schottky rectifier can be used in applications that require fast switching like high frequency inverters, polarity protection and freewheeling.
