TQ High Temperature Reflow Series
Panasonic TQ Series Type V electrolytic capacitors offer 2000 hours endurance at +125°C. These surface mount capacitors are a compact solution, but while they are one size smaller than TK-V capacitors, they provide the same performance. TQ Series Type V aluminium capacitors also feature low ESR. Compared with the TP-V series after endurance, this series has 85% lower ESR in low temperature. These electrolytic capacitors can withstand high reflow temperatures.

Panasonic TQ Series Type V electrolytic capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for use in automotive applications. These Panasonic electrolytic capacitors are recommended for use in industrial infrastructure in measuring instruments, motor drivers, power supplies, inverters, HEMS, BEMS and FEMS. Other suitable applications include ICT applications such as data centres, base stations, PCs and non-contact charge. TQ Series Type V aluminium capacitors can be utilised in home appliances including air conditioners, white goods and home information appliances. Other uses include OA equipment, medical equipment, electric tools, lighting and power management, safety, infotainment and comfort accessories in automotive applications.
