ISL850xx, 12V Synchronous Buck Regulators and Evaluation Boards
The ISL850xxEVAL1Z platforms allow quick evaluation of the high-performance features of the ISL85009, ISL85012 and ISL85014, 3.8 to 18 Volts input, synchronous buck (step down) regulators. The high-efficiency integrated FET regulators can deliver 9 A, 12 A and 14 A respectively of continuous output current.
