MGM111 ZigBee/Thread Mesh Networking Module

The MGM111 module, based on the EFR32 Mighty Gecko SoC, enables rapid development of a wireless mesh network using ZigBee/Thread protocols.

• EFR32 Mighty Gecko radio SoC with 40MHz ARM Cortex-M4F core, 256KB Flash memory and 32KB SRAM
• RF Frequency Range: 2400 to 2483MHz ISM Band
• RF Output Power: up to +10dBm
• Modulation: OQPSK with DSSS
• Receiver Sensitivity: -99dBm @ 1% PER
• OTA Data Rate: Up to 250kbps
• Hardware Crypto Accelerator supports AES-128/256, ECC over GF(P) and GF(2m), SHA-224/256
• True Random Number Generator
• Packet Trace Interface (PTI) for non-intrusive packet trace with Simplicity Studio development tools
• Can operate stand-alone or with a host processor via UART/SPI
