TE Connectivity SLM Series MIL-C-38999 Spin-Lock Backshell Cable Adapters with Moulded Boot
TE Connectivity SLM Series MIL-C-38999 Spin-Lock variable angle backshell cable adapters with a heat-shrinkable moulded lipped boot to provide sealing and strain relief. These Spin-Lock cable adapters enable braided cable shield to be terminated to a Raychem code 40 D389999 connector (see note) in a straight ,45° or 90° orientation. The swivelling body of these Spin-Lock molded boot cable adapters is made from alumimium alloy with an cadmium olive drab plating to SAE-AMS-PQ-P-146. The body rotates around the axis of the cable and locks into position using a Tinel-Lock ring system that minimizes stress on the cable. These Spin-Lock moulded boot variable angle backshell cable adapters have MPS-103 performance specification and typical applications include military and commercial aerospace, military marine, military ground systems and commercial ships and off-shore marine
