OUR PEOPLE
We know that having an engaged and motivated team is critial to ensuring a high-performance culture and delivering our future success.
One of the initiatives is that each employee can take 2 paid days off each year to focus on giving back in their communities by doing volunteer work. Some employees choose to go alone, giving their time for a cause that's particularly special for them - and some choose to work together to perform charitable acts in groups.

Our Warsaw office was filled with laughter, creativity and youthful energy as we hosted a special "Day with Children" event. During the day, the children were decorating cupcakes and creating colourful drawings and handprints. They also put their engineering skills to the test by crafting their very own RS PRO robots using cardboard and paper. These adorable creations are located now in our reception area.
