Product Details
These size PR41 zinc-air button batteries from RS PRO are designed for use with hearing aids. The long tabs make it easy to hold the battery when removing or replacing it in your device, and they're colour-coded so you can easily identify which battery you need.
Zinc-air batteries are non-rechargeable batteries that are completely filled with zinc. They're fitted with a seal that, once removed, generates power as the zinc oxidises in the air. Despite their small size, they hold their voltage for a long time, so they won't need changing very often.
The batteries have a two-year shelf life when stored in dry conditions at room temperature. To get the most out of them, it's advisable to turn off your hearing aid when you're not using it and open the battery holder to let the battery 'breathe'.
