Product Details
Need an industrial heater for curing, drying, softening or moulding? This curved ceramic heating element from RS PRO is extremely energy-efficient, as it uses long-wave infrared technology to convert up to 96% of input power into heat. It's suitable for use at extreme temperatures of up to +700°C.
The heater provides up to 10,000 hours of use to reduce maintenance downtime and prevent long curing processes from being interrupted. Its glazed surface reduces the risk of oxidation and corrosion, making it well-suited to harsh operating environments.
Ceramic heating elements of this type are often used for curing varnishes and paints, as well as for the softening and moulding of plastics. You can also use it for baking or warming food in commercial settings. We advise connecting a temperature control unit to the heater for optimal results.
