Product Details
Looking for Kelvin clip test leads to use with your LCR meters? These RS PRO Kelvin clips are suitable for RS PRO high precision LCR meters. An LCR meter is a type of test equipment that allows you to measure the inductance (L), capacitance (C) and resistance (R) of electronic components.
These clips enable you to test a four-terminal connection by performing four-terminal or four-wire sensing. This technique uses separate pairs of current-carrying and voltage-sensing electrodes, allowing you to make more accurate measurements than you could with the simpler and more generally used two-terminal (2T) sensing.
These Kelvin clips have longer wires to make sure you can use them to test larger or unusually shaped components with fixtures that are difficult to reach. The clips are handled and packed in compliance with American (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and British (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic discharge (ESD) certifications, so you can be sure that the hazard of discharge is reduced.
